Accessibility statement
Last reviewed October 14, 2026.
First Call NWA builds websites for other businesses, so this site is held to the standard we build to: the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
What we do
- Every page uses real headings, landmarks, links, buttons and form labels, so screen readers and keyboard users can move through it.
- Everything works from the keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a skip link to the main content.
- Text and controls meet AA color contrast, and text can be resized and the layout reflows on a phone.
- The site does not use autoplay, pop-ups or scripts that change the page without you asking.
How we check
Every page is scanned automatically before it goes live, and a browser test checks keyboard use: tab order, the skip link and visible focus. Automated scans catch only part of the problems, so a person reviewing with assistive technology is still needed, and some barriers may remain.
Report a problem
If something on this site is hard to use, email hello@firstcallnwa.com with the page and what happened. We will fix it, and we can send you the information in another format.
