Pricing
Each price is for one location. Your domain registration for the first year and hosting for 90 days after launch are included. After that, hosting is part of the retainer.
Starter site: $1,500
Up to 8 pages: home, your core services, your service area and contact. Market research, business details for search and AI tools, and call and form tracking. Half at kickoff and half at launch.
Website improvement: $3,500
Up to 25 pages, built in days, with the full gap research. A page for every service and area. Sites with more than one location are quoted separately. Half at kickoff and half at launch.
Monthly retainer: $750 a month
The retainer is optional. It is month to month, with no setup fee. Each month we rescan who Google and AI answers show for what you sell, add pages as competitors move, re-test the site for accessibility, and report your tracked calls and form leads.
The guarantee
The guarantee covers the website improvement and the retainer. If your tracked calls and form leads are not up at 90 days after launch, we refund the build fee. If you have the retainer, the next 3 months of it are free. Retainer payments already made are not refunded. To ask, email hello@firstcallnwa.com within 30 days after day 90, and we refund within 10 business days. The full terms are on the terms page. It does not cover the starter site. Up means more tracked calls and form leads, counted together, in days 61 to 90 after launch than in the first 30 days after launch.
Questions
When do I pay?
For a site build, half at kickoff and half at launch. The monthly retainer is billed monthly, month to month, with no setup fee.
Do I have to take the monthly retainer?
No. The retainer is optional.
What is included, and what if I skip the retainer?
Your domain registration for the first year and hosting for 90 days after launch are included. After 90 days, hosting is part of the retainer. If you skip it, we hand the site files to you or to any host you choose, at no charge, and you keep the site, the domain and the content.
How do I ask for the refund?
Email hello@firstcallnwa.com within 30 days after day 90. We refund the build fee within 10 business days.
Can I cancel the retainer?
Yes. It is month to month.
Do I own the site?
Yes. The site, the domain and the content are yours from day one.
Can I start with the Starter site and move up?
Yes. You pay the difference to move to the larger site.
Do you write or buy reviews?
Reviews have to come from your real customers. We tell you how to ask them.
