This describes what First Call NWA collects through firstcallnwa.com.

What we collect

When you request a free site snapshot, we collect the name, email address and website address you type into the form. Our server then visits the public home page, sitemap and llms.txt file at that address, shows you what it found, emails the details and the result to us, and emails a report to the address you typed. The report contains your two scores, the findings, what to fix first, our prices and a link to our pricing page. It names your site by its host name only. Our website host, Vercel, keeps ordinary technical logs of requests, which include the visitor's IP address and the time. Our server briefly counts requests per address to limit abuse.

How we use it

• To run your snapshot, show it to you and email you the report.
• To follow up with you about the snapshot, and to answer you if you write to us.

We do not sell your information.

What we do not use

This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising or analytics trackers, and loads its fonts from our own server rather than a third party.

How long we keep it

We keep snapshot requests while we may follow up and delete them if you ask. They are held in our company mailbox.

Your choices

To get nothing more from us, reply "stop" to any email or write to us, and we will add your address to a list our form checks before it sends anything, and we will not follow up with it. Anyone can still type an address into the form, so tell us if that happens. To see or delete what we hold about you, email hello@firstcallnwa.com.
