Terms of service

These are the terms for work with First Call NWA. They match the pricing page. Questions about them go to legal@firstcallnwa.com.

What you pay

• Starter site: $1,500 for up to 8 pages.
• Website improvement: $3,500 for up to 25 pages.
• Monthly retainer: $750 a month. It is optional and runs month to month.

Each price is for one location. Sites with more than one location are quoted separately. You pay half of the build price at kickoff and half at launch.

What is included

Your domain registration for the first year and hosting for 90 days after launch are included in the build price. After that, hosting is part of the retainer.

Who owns what

The site, the domain and the content are yours. If you do not keep the retainer, we hand over the site files to you or to any host you choose, at no charge.

The 90 day guarantee

The guarantee covers the website improvement and the retainer. It does not cover the starter site.

• Up means more tracked calls and form leads, counted together, in days 61 to 90 after launch than in the first 30 days after launch.
• If they are not up, we refund the build fee. If you have the retainer, the next 3 months of it are free. Retainer payments already made are not refunded.
• To ask, email hello@firstcallnwa.com within 30 days after day 90. We refund within 10 business days.

What nobody can promise

No one can promise what an AI tool will say or where a page will rank. We count calls and form leads from your own site, and that is what the guarantee measures.

Leaving

You can stop the retainer at any time. It is month to month.
